When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 25th, 2026. Your response will help us plan for a wonderful celebration, and we can’t wait to share this special day with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive no later than 4:10 PM to allow ample time to park, find your seat, and get comfortably settled before the celebration begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal garden party, so think chic, fun, and a little bit floral! For women, cocktail dresses or pretty garden inspired looks are perfect. For men, suits are the way to go. Feel free to skip the tie if that’s more your style. Wear something you can dance in, and please avoid shorts, jeans, or flip-flops.

Can I bring a guest or a plus-one?

Due to limited venue space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation and RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

As much as we adore your little ones, we will be celebrating with an adults-only wedding. We hope this allows you to relax, enjoy the evening, and dance the night away with us!

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both events will be held at Aurora Cellars.

What should I expect regarding the weather and venue setting?

Answer

Aurora Cellars is located in the beautiful Lake Leelanau Peninsula of Northern Michigan. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with the reception to follow under a covered tented area. Early August in this region typically brings warm, pleasant days and cooler evenings, with average highs around 78°F and lows around 64°F. We encourage guests to dress comfortably and consider bringing a light layer for later in the evening.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing transportation between the hotel block and the venue. A detailed shuttle schedule will be shared with guests during the wedding weekend.

Is there parking at the Venue?

Answer

Complimentary parking is available at the venue for guests who prefer to drive instead of using the shuttle service from the hotel.
