Please let us know if you can celebrate with us by Friday, September 13th, at the latest
Our ceremony will begin at 3:30, and guests are invited to arrive starting at 3pm.
Our wedding is a semi-formal event! Let's be honest, we had to look up what the different dress codes meant in order to even provide this guidance. If you're like us and aren't sure what "semi-formal" entails, here's what we're thinking: "Women can wear below-the-knee dresses, cocktail length dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or an elegant pantsuit (styled with heels, nice wedges, or formal flats). As for men, opt for a dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a tie. 'Semiformal gives you flexibility on comfort, but be sure not to dress too casually.'" When all is said and done, wear what makes you feel beautiful! Please keep in mind realistic shoes for the brief beach ceremony & sloped historic theatre.
Your invitation will indicate if we were able to accommodate both you and guest, but please reach out to us if you feel uncertain about your RSVP details
We're sorry that we can't have everyone's littles at the wedding! Your invitation will clearly indicate if we were able to accommodate your kiddos for the night.
Ogunquit has A LOT of lodging options, luckily!!! We have a room block set up at The Colonial Inn on Shore Rd. You can call to check availability & rates and say that you're a member of "The Kevlik-Brown Wedding" Studio East Motel & The Abalonia Inn are two establishments that are directly next to The Leavitt Theatre for convenience. If you're looking for some options with lots of rooms and amenities, Anchorage By The Sea & The Meadowmere are both walkable to the theatre and are some of the larger hotels in town with big pools etc. The Norsemen is directly on the Main Beach if that's your priority, but Anchorage By The Sea, Beachmere & Sparhawk all have oceans views and short walks, as well. There's also lots of homes in town that rent out as Air BnB's if you're hoping to go that route. If you're having any difficulty, please reach out to us so we can assist you!
We'll have a buffet spread of food where gluten, dairy & nut allergies are clearly labeled. If you have any allergies outside of those, please let us know so the staff can advise you accordingly. Please note that The Leavitt has a very small kitchen! If any allergies are severe enough that contact is a concern, not just consumption, please let us know ASAP and we'll have a separate plate of food assembled for you.
The Leavitt has no off-street parking. We highly encourage folks to make use of parking through their lodging and then walk or shuttle to your destination. Both the beach and The Leavitt are very centrally located in town. There are several 'shuttle' drivers that circulate all weekend, including https://ogunquittaxi.com/ and https://www.ogtbeachnsport.com/ Please bring some cash, as most of them are cash or venmo only If you need to have your car with you, we recommend the "Lower Lot," which is a municipal lot that is about a 6 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute walk to The Leavitt Theatre. This is $5/hr until 9pm The Town of Ogunquit has a guide to their public lots at this link: https://ogunquitgov-my.sharepoint.com/:w:/g/personal/ikanoff_ogunquit_gov/Ecdafx85BW9CuB2nl14YGK0B8QKiKjpkwAa9KlYOoR2uuw?rtime=5L2vUhSw3Eg
We have not arranged any shuttles or trolleys to privately bring our guests to the ceremony & reception. Both the beach and The Leavitt are in walking distance to almost all accommodations. We will have contact information for local shuttle drivers to pass out to everyone. "Lower Lot" is a metered town lot that is convenient for both the beach & the theatre, so that would be our recommendation for parking. Please let us know if you have questions about how to get to either location and we can help you!
We have two small registries. We have one through this website, Zola, and another through Amazon. Both can be found on this website's "Registry" tab. Please do not feel obligated to give us a gift! We're very sincerely most excited to have all of our friends/family in one place.
