Hi Country Haus Condominium

Hi Country Haus block includes 1, 2, & 3 bedroom condos walking distance from the venue and downtown Winter Park. Reservations can be made by calling the number above and you will receive a 20% discount if you mention our group name "Reiter Kershaw Wedding". Reservations cannot be made online, it will indicate all rooms are full. As of 7/28 there are still several rooms available. Room blocks available until 8/20/21.

The Holiday Inn is located in Fraser which neighbors Winter Park and is a 5 minute drive to the Venue. Discounted rate available until 7/24/21. Reservations must be made by phone.

There will be two complimentary cars that can take you from Headwaters Center to your lodging (hotel, Airbnb, condo, etc) whenever they are available. This service will be between 9:30pm and 12:30am.

Childcare

We would love to have your whole family at our wedding and have a few childcare options available so that parents can stay out and celebrate with us as long as possible! For older kids, we will have a kids room at the venue with a babysitter, Netflix, and toys. Sitter Service of Grand County is a babysitting service based in Winter Park with sitters that will come to your room or rental- information and rates linked here. Please let us know if you’d like to utilize the kids room at the venue and/or if you would like contact information for other childcare options at your room or rental.
