Tijuana (TIJ) - 1.5 hour drive to Valle San Diego (SAN) – 2 hour drive (requires land border crossing) Los Angeles (LAX) – 4 to 5 hour drive (requires land border crossing)

Travel Note

GETTING THERE

A valid passport is required to enter Mexico from the United States. There are a few methods of travel to get to Valle De Guadalupe: ⸻ 1. Fly into San Diego International Airport (SAN) and transfer via shuttle (RECOMMENDED) Please see details at the bottom of this page to schedule a round trip private shuttle service from SAN to Valle de Guadalupe. • Transportation is at the guest’s expense. • Group based pricing - the larger the group, the lower the cost per person (shuttles can accommodate 1-20 guests). • Uses the medical lane when returning to the U.S. This significantly reduces the time to cross the border. This is the easiest and most efficient way to travel to and from the venue. ⸻ 2. Drive across the border If you are traveling from Orange County or Los Angeles, driving through San Ysidro is common, safe and generally straightforward. • Crossing into Mexico is usually quick; returning to the U.S. can take 2–8 hours, depending on traffic and timing. • Border wait times can be found here: https://bwt.cbp.gov/ • Tip: travel during low traffic times - early in the mornings on weekends or between rush hour during the week. • If you have Global Entry, make sure your vehicle is registered with CBP and all passengers carry their physical cards to use the quicker SENTRI lanes (crossing time is typically 10-30 minutes). ⸻ 3. Fly into Tijuana International Airport (TIJ) This is an option if you prefer to avoid the land border crossing. • Most U.S. flights require a connection. • Ground transportation is still needed to reach Valle de Guadalupe.
