Below please find the wedding day transportation schedule: Residence Inn Kingston: Bus arrives at 3:30pm and departs at 3:40pm. A second bus will arrive at 3:40pm and depart at 3:45pm Holiday Inn Kingston: Bus arrives at 3:00pm and departs at 3:10pm Hampton Inn Kingston: Bus arrives at 3:20pm and departs at 3:30pm Beekman Arms: Bus Arrives at 3:40pm and departs at 3:50pm Mirabeau: Bus arrives at 4:00pm and departs at 4:10pm Buses home from the wedding will be provided at 10:30pm and 12:00am! For anyone not planning to take the provided transportation, we highly suggest pre-scheduling a ride service as Ubers are unreliable and sometimes unavailable. Transportation will not be provided to the welcome drinks, but there is parking available onsite for those who don't arrange a ride service!

Please plan to arrive to the ceremony at 4:00 as we will begin promptly at 4:30

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Preferred We ask men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women to wear an evening gown or a midi-or knee-length cocktail dress. Most of the evening will be on grass, so please keep that in mind when selecting your shoes! All wedding events will be outdoors - shawls or light jackets may be helpful for later in the evening.
