Shuttle

We will have a free shuttle service for our out-of-town guests who are staying at the Microtel Inn and partaking in the open bar at the reception. There will be a shuttle picking people up at the hotel at 2:00PM and 3:00PM at the Microtel Inn to take you to the wedding location where both the ceremony and reception will be (starting at 4pm). When the reception ends at 9:45pm, the shuttle service will bring you back to the hotel.

We weren’t able to get a discount code for this hotel because, as of 12-28-18, they said they were completely booked. You can try to call and book if you prefer this hotel. The shuttle service for those who will be getting tipsy will only be picking up and dropping off at the Microtel Inn.

Flight
If you’re not driving, we recommend flying Southwest to Tampa (TPA) Airport (better than Orlando (MCO)). The wedding venue is 65 miles north of the Tampa airport, and the hotel with discounted rate in Brooksville is 50 miles north of the Tampa Airport.
