We are getting married on a ranch, so wear your cowboy boots if you have them. Nice jeans are ok. If you don’t have country attire just wear something nice. No suits or formal attire required, but you can if that’s your style. :-)

Liz (28) and Ross (37) met on May 1, 2018 on eHarmony by chance because eHarmony had Liz’s age as 41 when she was 27. Ross had already decided to never date another 20something and had strict age filters set, so they never would have met had it not been for eHarmony’s snafu. She told him her real age right away, so he tried to say “no thanks,” but he sounded like that one-of-a-kind that she was looking for, so she asked him to give her a chance despite the age difference. They chatted on the phone to get to know each other for about a week before their first date, which was in Lakeland because it was halfway between the 100-mile distance that they lived apart (Liz lived in Tampa and Ross lived on the farthest east side of Orlando). They did the long distance thing for 8 months. Before they met, they both vowed to honor God fully with the next person they dated and prayed for that next person to be from God. From the beginning, God led them His way, and they each came to believe that the other was a gift from God. On December 2, 2018, Ross proposed to Liz on the side of the highway after she got pulled over on her way to church to meet him. She says it couldn’t have been a more perfect proposal even though she hates to get in trouble and never gets pulled over. Neither of them guessed they would be able to experience this kind of love in their lifetime, but they attribute it all to God and their choice to honor Him while dating and until marriage. They are so excited to honor Him more with their union, to build a family, and to share God’s love with others.
