Pls read full instructions! RSVP and Reserve your room there is a $100 deposit required. 1) Click on the link above and RSVP to Attend A Wedding 2) Enter the Bride (Robinson) or Grooms last name (Hutchinson) and our wedding passcode which is: thehutchinsons2022 3) Register yourself by entering your email information and creating your own password. Guests can pay in full or make payments on their rooms up until April 1st, 2022- If you are going to have additional people in your room (it's recommended you have 1 person register for everyone in that room or make sure you have their registration info so you can get added to their room and your rates would be adjusted accordingly). Enclosed are all the rooms you can book at the resort. They offer 2 different resorts. The Excellence Club or Finest Suites. We ARE STAYING ON THE FINEST RESORT SIDE (which is suitable for families). If you contact me directly, I can send you the price sheet for 3 days and 4 days at 770-853-5374

Final Payment due 4/1/2022 GROUP SUMMARY & IMPORTANT DATES: DWT strongly recommends that you purchase a Travel Protection Plan with Cancel for Any Reason Waiver ("TPP"), when offered. Available TPP options will be offered to every customer booking into the Room Block with the choice to accept or decline. Cancellation without TPP plan: Anyone who cancels their booking who has not purchased TPP will receive a refund of monies paid towards their reservation minus their initial deposit and any additional cancellation penalties not covered by the initial deposit. Cancellation with TPP plan: Anyone who cancels their booking who has purchased TPP will receive back the full value of all monies paid, either as a refund and/or future travel credit (depending on the TPP policy), minus the cost of the TPP which is nonrefundable.

As countries reopen borders and travel restrictions ease, guidelines may change frequently. We encourage you to check with the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), or with local government authorities for the latest travel advisories. Pls keep current with USA and DR travel rules. Entry and Exit Requirements: Are U.S. citizens permitted to enter? Yes Is a negative COVID-19 test (PCR and/or serology) required for entry? No COVID-19 rapid tests are performed on randomly selected travelers upon arrival. Are health screening procedures in place at airports and other ports of entry? Yes Temperature checks may be implemented on arrival or departure by Dominican authorities.
