Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa

We are so excited for you to celebrate our wedding with us at the beautiful Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa. The resort is located on the 6,800-acre Galena Territory. We have a block of rooms set aside at the Resort. Villas and distinctive homes on the territory are available to rent as well. Reservations are to be made directly by phone with the reservation department. To make a reservation, please call (800)892-2269 and advise you are with the Nakawatase/Robinson Wedding or use the group number: 6960B6. Any reservations made online will not receive the wedding discounts or show up in a rooming list. Reservations can be made until Tuesday, July 6, 2021. Above is a nightly rate and information sheet. The prices of the units are based on the number of bedrooms and there is a resort amenity fee that is explained in the attachment. **There is a two-night minimum stay with this unit. Group dates: Thursday, August 5, 2021 - Sunday, August 8, 2021. We cannot wait to celebrate all weekend long!

Shuttle

Shuttle throughout Galena territory

August 6, 2021 3:30 pm - 3:00 am

UPDATE: book your shuttle at least 30 minutes before. There will be shuttles running after the wedding to take you to the after party at rental house 610. The amenity fee that is added to all nightly room rates includes unlimited shuttle service throughout the territory to any Eagle Ridge property. You can arrange a time for the shuttle to pick you up for the ceremony, drop off after the reception, take you to the after party, and/or pick you up after the after party.

Chicago O'Hare is 2 hours and 30 minutes from the resort. ORD is the biggest airport and probably most affordable.

Mitchell International Airport (MKE) airport is about 2 hours and 50 minutes from the resort. There are car rentals available at this airport. This airport is an affordable option to fly in to.

Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) is 2 hours and 10 minutes from the resort. There are car rentals available at this airport. This may be a more expensive airport to fly to.

Cedar Rapids Airport- Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) is 2 hours from the resort. There are rentals available at this airport. This airport may be a more expensive option to fly in to.

Dubuque Regional Airport (DBQ) is 45 minutes away from the resort. This is the closest airport but probably the most expensive. There are rental car options available.
