Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Bloom Field Gardens.

Will a shuttle service be provided?

Answer

There is a complimentary shuttle bus that will be picking up guests before the ceremony and dropping them off in the evening at the Best Western Plus in Bowmanville.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this is an adults-only celebration. Mom and Dads it's time to party! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We ask our guests to respect our "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like.

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking and vehicles can be left over night and picked up in the morning. We do not condone drinking and driving, therefore if you plan on drinking, please book an uber or utilize the shuttle service provided to the Best Western Plus in Bowmanville. What time should I arrive?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend you arrive at 3:30pm as the ceremony will be started at 4pm, promptly. We want to make sure everyone has a seat and gets settled in before we say "I do".

Dress to impress! We'd love for our guests to wear formal attire as we celebrate this special day together.

Is there a hotel block for guests?

Answer

No, we have not reserved any wedding blocks, so guests are more than welcome to stay wherever they feel most comfortable.

Do we have a registry?

Answer

We are so grateful to celebrate this special time with you - your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift. For those of you who have kindly asked, we do not have a traditional registry. If you wish to honour us with a gift, a monetary contribution towards our honeymoon would be sincerely appreciated.
