Shuttle to the ceremony

The shuttle will pick up at our host hotels where we have blocked off rooms. The shuttle is open to all guests even if they are not staying at those hotels. It will pick up around 2:40pm and arrive at the venue around 3:05. If you plan to drink at the open bar we encourage the use of the shuttle!

The shuttle will pick up at the venue and take you back to our host hotels where we have blocked off rooms. The shuttle is open to all guests even if they are not staying at those hotels. We are providing two shuttle times for the evening return. The shuttle will pick up around 9:00pm and again at the end of the event at 11:00pm. If you would like to leave at a different time Uber and Lyft are available as well (the cost of those are not covered). If you plan to drink at the open bar we encourage the use of the shuttle!

Travel Note

Flying in?

If you are flying on for the wedding you have two options. You can fly directly in to Colorado Springs or you can fly to Denver. Typically it is cheaper to fly in to Denver, but of course what ever works best for you is perfectly fine! If you fly into Denver you will definitely want to rent a car. You could potentially not rent a car and just use Uber/Lyft if you choose to fly into Colorado Springs.

This hotel has king and double queens suites available! The king suites are $169 and the double queen suites are $179 per night.
