When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 06.06.2025 using the QR code on your formal invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 2pm. We are welcoming guests into the cathedral from 1pm, please arrive no later than 1:30pm to ensure you are seated on time. A wee reminder that parking is limited at the venue and you may need to take into account a short walk!

Does Coats have parking?

Answer

There is very limited space for parking. However, there are plenty of town car parks within a short walking distance and free parking is available on nearby streets.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code for all events is semi-formal required, formal preferred. Please reserve hues of brown for the wedding party.

Is the venue fully accessible for wheelchair users?

Answer

Yes, Coats have a ramp that can be put down on request, a lift for access to the church and an accessible WC.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Are children invited?

Answer

Whilst we would love to invite all little ones, we are afraid that due to a restriction on numbers we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We hope you understand!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Yes! We'd love for you to capture memories but we kindly ask that during the ceremony you put your phones away so our photographer and you, don't miss anything!
