Our Story

February 13, 2020 The Kappa sorority valentines party was our first big event.

August 3rd, 2020 Our first summer together was during COVID, we spent lots of days at the beach in Indian Shores.

November 23rd, 2020 Our first trip together! We camped in the Great Smokey National Park.

April 28th, 2021 Our first anniversary! Ian planned a surprise trip to Epcot during the Flower and Garden Festival.

December 19th, 2021 Our first international trip! We spent some time in London and visited Ian’s family in Wales.

February 21, 2022 Our last Kappa valentines party before graduation.

April 28th, 2022 Our second anniversary! We went glamping in Lake Louisa State Park in Florida.

May 6th, 2022 We graduated from UCF! Onto the next chapter, grad school in Indiana.

April 28th, 2023 Our third anniversary! We took a day trip to Louisville to celebrate.

April 28th, 2024 Our fourth anniversary! We had photos taken in Zionsville’s Lincoln Park.

April 28th, 2025 Our fifth anniversary! We had dinner at the Eagles Nest in Indianapolis.

May 15th, 2025 Graduation day! Officially Ella Clayton, OTD.

May 23rd, 2025 The big day!! Ian proposed in Tokyo, Japan in the entrance to the Meiji Jingu shrine.
