We know and are deeply thankful that a lot of you will be coming from different places to be able to celebrate with us on our special day. On this page we have a hotel that is close to the venue!
We have blocked rooms for the dates of both the 11th and 12th of September. You can either get one date or both depending on your needs! When booking, book over the phone and ask for a room under the Brock Hardesty and Lauren Chinen Wedding. They should be able to look from there to find rooms within the block.
We have blocked 20 rooms, so we do suggest to book as soon as possible. The hotel will drop the remaining rooms not booked three weeks before the dates to ensure that they aren't losing money, so, again, we do suggest booking as soon as possible for our guests.
Of course, we understand that people have hotel points at other hotel chains, and we encourage you to go wherever you feel the most comfortable! We just wanted to include an option for our guests to make it convenient.
