Our official dress code is semi-formal! We want everyone to be confident in photos, but we also want everyone to be comfortable throughout the celebration. However, we do ask a couple of things: 1) Please wear along the color scheme of colors shown above. Since it will be a small wedding, we will be getting lots of pictures with everyone and would love a cohesive vibe along those pictures. Wearing the same cohesive color palette will help us achieve the look we are going for on our special day. 2) For men: Please no jeans or shorts. We do ask everyone to be in golf attire, or more. 3) For women: Please no jeans or shorts as well. We do ask for everyone to be in dresses, skirts, or nice dress pants.
We do ask all guest to RSVP by August 1st to give enough time to notify vendors! We thank you for helping us make our special day run smoothly
As many of our guests know, Lauren's incredible sister opened up her home to us to use as our amazing ceremony and reception location. We are incredibly thankful and so excited to have our special things here. Here are some things we would like our guests to know: 1) Most, if not all, of our activities will be outside. We will try to make the evening as enjoyable as possible for everyone, but we do ask people to dress accordingly. 2) The terrain around is a little hilly and steep in some places. We ask that guest keep this in mind when picking out shoes and outfits for the special day. 3) Carpooling is encouraged. We ask the guests to limit the amount of cars at the house as much as possible, so if you can carpool together, please arrange for that!
We are aware that several of our guests have food allergies. For our catering, we have selected a local Mexican place, Taco Mama, to provide the food for our special day. With the catering packages we are getting, there are going to be several gluten and dairy free options. We will also be doing a light cocktail hour eating with a charcuterie board and other light options, so if you are worried about not liking the dinner, we also have that as an option. We cannot guarantee that there is no cross-contamination, but we can guarantee options for everyone. We want everyone to be able to enjoy this day as much as we are going to. If you have any big concerns on the matter, please let us know and we would love to answer those questions
