Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Alyssa Koenigsberg and Ryan Hanrahan
There’s tons to enjoy in Beaune: good wine, great restaurants, and lots of charming little streets to explore. PLEASE NOTE: If you’re planning a tasting or a meal out, we recommend making a reservation as things book up quickly and in advance. Keep in mind that many restaurants close for a few hours in the afternoon.

Patriarche Père et Fils

7 Rue du Collège, Beaune, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté 21200, France

Offers one of Beaune’s most unique wine tasting experiences, with miles of historic underground cellars to explore. Guests can wander at their own pace while sampling a selection of Burgundy wines.

La Voie des Vignes

A dedicated bike trail between Beaune, Pommard, Meursault, and Santenay, is perfect for a leisurely ride through scenic vineyards. We recommend renting a bike and booking a tasting or two at one of the vineyards in the nearby towns such as Chateau de Pommard.

Hôtel-Dieu Museum - Hospices de Beaune

2 Rue de l'Hôtel Dieu, Beaune, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté 21200, France

The most iconic landmark in Beaune. Its colorful tiled roof and historic hospital interior are must-sees. Tours take about an hour.

Shopping in Beaune

Beaune is full of specialty shops offering wine, cheese, clothing and locally made products. The best way to explore the city is to take a leisurely walk around and pop into as many stores as you can.

Ma Cuisine

Passage Saint-Hélène, Beaune, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté 21200, France

Some of the best food we've ever had! Reservations are required and very difficult to get so we recommend making them as early as possible.

21 Boulevard

21 Boulevard Saint-Jacques, Beaune, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté 21200, France

Amazing French food in a cozy, 15th-century vaulted cellar, plus a huge list of Burgundy wines.

Garum-Table Vivante

10 Rue de l'Hôtel Dieu, Beaune, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté 21200, France

A chic bistro in a beautiful bourgeois house with outdoor firepits
