Where is the wedding?

Answer

Both the ceremony & reception will be held at Gilberstville Farmhouse. The venue is approximately 4 hours away from the Philadelphia area, located in central New York. The farm sits on 125 acres, overlooking beautiful rolling hills and mountains. The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. The reception & party will then move inside.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have rooms blocked at two different hotels which are right across the street from each other. Hotel #1 is at the Courtyard by Marriott Oneonta/Cooperstown Area. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 607.432.2200. Hotel #2 is at the Holiday Inn Express Oneonta. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly to book at 607-684-2000. Please mention the Conn/Haggerty wedding group when reserving your room at either hotel. The deadline to book is 4/17.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle bus will be taking guests from the Courtyard Marriott to Gilbertsville Farmhouse. The shuttle will only be leaving from the Courtyard, so if you have a room at the Holiday Inn, don't worry - it's just short walk across the street! The first shuttle for you early birds will be at 1:30 p.m. The second and final shuttle will be picking guests up at 2:00 p.m. Be sure not to miss it! The drive is approximately 30 minutes from the hotels to the venue. At the end of the night both buses will departing at 11:00 p.m. for the return trip back to the hotels.

Please plan to arrive at Gilbertsville Farmhouse before 3:00 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m.
