RSVPs will open on July 10, 2026, when formal invitations are sent. You can respond by submitting your RSVP online through the RSVP tab on our website. Please RSVP by August 7, 2026.
We will be hosting a welcome party for out-of-town guests on Thursday evening, September 3rd at 6:00 PM at Collusion Tap Works (York). This will be an informal gathering, and light refreshments will be provided. Please RSVP if you plan to attend.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the grounds of Historic Shady Lane, with indoor accommodations available in case of inclement weather. The reception will be held under a tent on the same property, just a short walk from the ceremony area. All areas are conveniently located close together, making it easy to move from the ceremony to cocktail hour and on to the reception.
While we love your little ones, we’re keeping our celebration adults-only so parents can enjoy a fun night off! The only children attending will be those in our immediate family. If your invitation doesn’t include a child, we kindly ask that you plan for an adults-only evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time, and planning to celebrate with us!
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's maximum guest count. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Yes! We'd love for guests to dress up with us. Please dress in cocktail attire. Women can wear knee-length cocktail dresses, midi or floor-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elevated separates, please avoid casual sundresses. Men should wear a suit or traditional dress pants with a button-down shirt; ties are optional but encouraged. Please avoid denim and sneakers. When in doubt, it’s always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed!
Parking is available for free at the venue. Cars can be left overnight but need to be moved by 9 AM on September 5th per our venue's requirements. Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft are a great option for getting to the venue, but per the venue's recommendations, please try to avoid relying on them for the ride home as they tend to be unreliable at that location late at night. We have arranged shuttle transportation from the hotel to the venue, as well as return transportation back to the hotel following the reception. Shuttles will depart from the hotel at 3:10 PM prior to the 4:00 PM ceremony. Return shuttles to the hotel will begin at 10:00 PM. If you plan to use the shuttle service, please indicate so when submitting your RSVP.
Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. If you're arriving earlier in the day, we recommend reserving the room for the night before to guarantee access to your room ahead of the wedding. If you haven't reserved the prior night, we suggest calling the hotel in advance to ask if early check-in is available, and arriving already ready for the wedding. Guests are welcome to drop their bags at the front desk for safekeeping until their room is ready.
