Our ceremony starts at 4 pm. We ask that you start arriving at 3:30 pm, to sign our welcome book, have a chance to mingle with the rest of our family and friends, and ensure everyone is there for our ceremony!
Yes! There is a free parking lot on site! If you choose to get a ride home, you can leave your car overnight and pick it up the next day.
We kindly ask our guests to dress in semi formal or cocktail attire for our celebration. Ladies—cocktail dresses, midi or floor-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates are perfect. Gentlemen—suits or dress pants paired with a button-up shirt are encouraged (ties are optional but always welcome!). We also ask guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, or light blush and pale pink tones, as these colors are reserved for the bridal party. Additionally, please no jeans!
A mix of both! Barring any weather complications, the ceremony will be held outside on the lawn, while the reception will take place indoors in the barn (there will be a few tables outside on the lawn, to accommodate everyone). Then, the dancing will take place outside on the patio!
Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If you are given a plus one, your invitation will be addressed to "{Your name} & Guest". If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
While we love your little ones, we are choosing to limit the number of younger children at our wedding, keeping it to mostly family. We hope you are able to make arrangements in advance, so you can enjoy a parent's night off, celebrating with us!
Yes! We will be serving pizza and salad, with gluten-free options available! We will also serve charcuterie-style appetizers during cocktail hour, to carry you over until dinner is served! Make sure to save room for dessert!
Well, of course! We will have a bar service providing wine, beer, seltzers, and signature drinks for the duration of the reception. Per venue policy, no outside drinks are allowed. There is also a Farmshop & Cellar open at the front of the property, serving beer and wine! Feel free to arrive early (to ensure timely arrival to the ceremony) and wander up to grab a drink beforehand! Just promise to be back at the barn no later than 3:45pm.
Yes! The venue is laid out to be accessible for wheelchairs, with patios surrounding the barn, and no stairs to access anything. The ceremony will take place on the lawn, with guests sitting on benches, but a wheelchair could be parked on the end seat of the rows if needed!
For out-of-towners, we have created a list of recommended hotels based on location, atmosphere, and accessibility, under the "Travel Recommendations" tab on our website. We do not have a hotel block or shuttle service, but please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Yes—please RSVP by June 26th, as mentioned on your formal invitation. Please note that if we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will have to mark you as "not attending" in order to give our vendors official guest counts. We hope you understand, and we will miss celebrating with you.
Yes! Our registry can be found under the "Registry" tab on this website. There are cash, gift cards, and item options! We appreciate any contributions made to our registry. Thank you from the future Graczyk's!
