Kindly RSVP BY OCTOBER 4th. RSVPs will be entirely online, no need to worry about mail. Please lets us know ASAP if you cannot make it as this is an intimate event.
We would love for all guests to join us in formal attire on our wedding day, Saturday the 25th. For aesthetics, please lean into traditional fall colors: browns, shades of gold, orange, and red. To help with costs, we are asking that you help stock the bar for the weekend. Please bring with you your favorite liquor or a case of something yummy (beer/seltzer/etc).
Other than your wedding attire, you are free to dress comfortably. Please be aware that we will spend as much time outside as possible. Bring lots of layers. Bend is high desert terrain and can get quite cold at night.
This weekend will be all hands on deck and we thank you in advance for all you do for us. If we have any special needs we will reach out to you! Additionally, you can help by taking care of the space while you are there. Please be mindful that this is someone's home that we are borrowing and any damages will fall on Austin and I.
Although we are having a rather non traditional wedding, there is still etiquette we are requesting you to follow. Please no white on our wedding day and no special announcements.
We would love to be able to accommodate all of our family and friends during the weekend but plus ones are limited to those who received notice on their invitation. We will be hosting a much larger reception for extended family and friends at a later date (TBD).
We love your kids! However, our VRBOs max capacity is 35 at any given time. Due to these restrictions and the nature of our plans we are asking to please make arrangements for childcare and enjoy a kid free weekend.
There is plenty of parking at the house for everyone but you are encouraged to carpool!
