Wedding Party

Meet our people. The ride-or-dies, hype crew, forever friends and siblings (who didn't have a choice) who’ve been with us through it all. They’ve supported us, laughed with us, and now they’re standing with us on one of the biggest days of our lives.

Danette

Maid of Honor

As my older sister, Danette has had the honor (or burden, depending on the day) of being my built-in best friend, personal life coach, and occasional unpaid therapist since the day I was born. She's taught me everything I know about The Backstreet Boys, 90's sitcoms and how to make fun of our mother (sorry mom)! There is no one else I could imagine being standing next to me as my maid of honor.

Chad

Best Man

Chad is Robert’s younger brother — and although they are complete opposites, somehow they are exactly alike. Whether they’re joking around or teaming up to spoil their cat, Boo Boo, these two share a bond that’s built on laughter, and brotherly love. Robert couldn’t imagine celebrating this day without him by his side.

Amanda

Matron of Honor

Through every crazy chapter of life, Amanda has been right there with me—laughing, crying, and driving our mothers crazy for as long as we can remember. Our friendship is rooted in faith, trust, and lots of margaritas. Just this year, Rob and I were honored to become the godparents of her sweet 7-year-old son, Andy! 9 years ago, I stood beside her as her maid of honor, and now I'm so blessed to have her as my matron of honor!

Scott

Groomsman

Scott, better known as “Silk,” has been Robert’s best friend since high school — basketball teammate, college roommate, and occasional rap collaborator. Loyal, honest, and always keeping it real, he’s also the creative genius behind our engagement photos. Whether on the court, behind a camera, or just joking around, Silk is the friend Robert knows he can always count on — and one of the coolest people in the room.

Anne

Matron of Honor

From kindergarten nemesis (she literally stole my seat) to lifelong best friend. We spent years avoiding each other, but somewhere along the way, we realized we were actually meant to be stuck together forever. She is the perfect blonde to my brunette, my personal chef and on-call nurse. Her smile is as big as her heart and I'm so excited to have her stand by my side, just like I did at her wedding a couple years ago!

Casey

Groomsman

Casey has been Robert’s lifelong best friend and baseball teammate, and he’s always been the one to keep everyone laughing. Casey joined the fun at Slippery Rock University during our junior year, quickly earning honorary roommate status by splitting his time between our couches. He’s the jokester of the group and life of the party. There’s no wedding celebration without a little bit of Casey’s chaos and charm.

Rachel

Bridesmaid

Rachel and I grew up on the same street, which meant summers were basically one endless adventure of walking back and forth between each other’s houses. We also rocked matching Bobby Jack outfits in elementary school, because nothing says “best friends” like coordinating monkey-themed apparel. After over 25 years of friendship, I am so lucky to have my first best friend be a part of our big day!

Bubba

Groomsman

Robert met Bubba during our freshman year at Slippery Rock. Since then, he’s become one of the greatest friends we could ask for — the kind who always shows up and makes everyone feel like family. Bubba’s also an incredible baker (some of his famous cookies will be making an appearance on our cookie table!) Most weekends you can find us golfing together or playing a fiercely competitive round of Mario Party. Our wedding day wouldn’t be complete without him by our side.

Elle

Bridesmaid

We both prayed we wouldn’t get stuck with a weird roommate our freshman year at Slippery Rock—and clearly, we hit the jackpot. Elle was my first friend at SRU, and from day one, she’s been my partner in crime. In fact, on our second night at Slippery Rock, Elle was the one who knocked on Rob’s door and is responsible for the start of our story. It only makes sense that the one who brought us together, stands next to us on our wedding day.

Nick

Groomsman

Nick and Robert’s friendship started in the most unexpected (and perfectly fitting) way — with a Bruno Mars song. During their freshman year at Slippery Rock, Nick lived right next door, when Rob started playing “When I Was Your Man.” Nick heard it, walked over, and the two ended up singing along together — and the rest was history. Our group chat is constantly buzzing with Steelers talk, memes, and parlays. He’s the funniest person we know, and we couldn’t imagine the day without him there to make everyone laugh.
