When and where will the wedding take place?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be held on Saturday, September 5th, 2026 at 4:30pm at The Core Event Center, located at 100 Colony Drive, Irwin, PA 15642. We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:15pm to find a seat in the Chapel Room. The Chapel Room entrance is alongside the covered patio, signage will be available to direct you. Cocktail hour and reception will follow immediately after the ceremony both on the covered patio and inside the ballroom at the same location. What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire, which falls between formal and casual. For men, this typically means a suit or dress pants with a blazer and a button-down shirt (ties are optional). For women, cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy separates are perfect choices. We kindly ask that guests do not wear jeans or white dresses. Thank you for dressing to celebrate—your effort means the world to us!

May I bring a guest or a plus-one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only guests whose names are listed on the invitation attend. Due to limited space and careful planning, we are only able to accommodate those explicitly invited. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love and cherish your little ones, our celebration will be mostly adults-only. Children specifically named on the invitation are warmly welcomed. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Shuttle service will be available between the venue and the Hampton Inn & Suites North Huntingdon-Irwin, . The shuttle schedule will be posted on the Accommodations page closer to the wedding date. We encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle for convenience and safety.

Is there a hotel room block for guests?

Answer

Yes. We have reserved a block of rooms at Hampton Inn & Suites North Huntingdon-Irwin, located at 8441 Country Club Drive, North Huntingdon Twp, PA 15642 at a discounted rate for our guests. To reserve a room, please visit the Travel & Lodging page for booking links and instructions. We recommend booking early, as availability is limited. The room block will be held until [Cutoff Date].
