Maid of Honor
Mia and Chantelle aren’t just sisters but dear friends. They shared a room until Chani was 14. From playing pirates to planning weddings, Chani has taught Mia so much and has protected her along the way. Cool facts about Chani: She was a co founder of the Hip Hop Society at Texas Southern University and loves to Roller blade 🛼 .
Groomsman
Quinton and Anthony met in their freshman year of college. Together since then, they’ve enjoyed many activities and work over the years. TCGs, late night drives for donuts, and Golf. He is reliable always as a listening ear, and a fan of deep conversations.
Best Man
Chason and Quinton, essentially brothers. Born 2 days apart. They are close family friends and have been since the 90’s. Chason grew up developing love for interaction and purposeful living. He now works in behavioral therapy. Oh yea, he’s also a Black Belt!
Groomsman
Keko short for Cuauhtémoc, named after Cuauhtémoc (c. 1495–1525) the last Aztec emperor (Tlatoani) of Tenochtitlan, reigning from 1520 to 1521, and is revered as a national hero and symbol of indigenous resistance against the Spanish conquest. A close cousin of Johnathan, Keko enjoys Golf, Tcg’s, Dungeons & Dragons, and hanging with family and his friends.
Bridesmaid
Jessica and Mia went to Maui In 2014 together and Jessica ended up spontaneously staying in Maui for the year.😂 Jess is a fisher, gardner, fashionista, camper, dedicated Aunt, truly an amazing person. ❤️
Officiant
Quinton’s first roommate in college. John and Q joined Phi Delta Theta together and became fraternity brothers. Leading Q to meet Mia for the first time. John, a lover of media, sports, Dungeons & Dragons, Tcg’s, and stand up comedy. He’s also our licensed officiant of the wedding.
Bridesmaid
Celestè is truly a light. She is kind and genuine and I’m just really grateful to have her standing with me on my wedding day.
