What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking & seating. Please keep in mind the ceremony location is open to the public, so there may be limited parking.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Ceremony: Parking at the ceremony location is limited, so we kindly encourage guests to carpool when possible. Reception: The reception venue has ample parking available and can not accommodate an RV.

Are the festivities indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our ceremony & reception are outdoors. Athough October is still summer weather in Ventura County, please plan your attire around current weather temps. At the ceremony there are stairs going to the cross, & there is grass. At the reception, there is cement, cobble stone, and grass.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us.

Will there be vegetarian or dietary options?

Answer

Yes. Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation.

Anything I should know about getting to the reception venue?

Answer

Yes, the entrance to the venue will be marked by baloons & a sign. If you're on a dirt road next to a farm you are on the right track!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present during the ceremony and kindly ask guests to refrain from phone photos until the reception.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will be hosting a full bar for our guests to enjoy responsibly. Please coordinate a driver, if you plan to consume alcohol. You may leave your car at the venue until the following morning at 10am.

Do I need to bring the physical invitation?

Answer

No, but if you do we will have a stamp for you. :)
