The Confluence Hotel - Room Block

All of our wedding weekend events will take place at The Confluence Hotel, and we encourage staying there for the most seamless travel experience. We've secured a block of rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis - use the link below to book. Note: The website defaults to just a Friday night stay, so please make sure you adjust your check-in and check-out dates accordingly as the wedding will be held on Saturday evening. All guests are also invited to the Welcome Drinks event on Friday evening.

Downtown Hastings AirBnBs

As an alternative to staying at The Confluence, booking an AirBnB in Downtown Hastings is another great & convenient choice for our wedding weekend. Please use this link to view options that are within a 2- to 15-minute walk to our venue. Note: Booking for AirBnBs typically opens 1 year in advance, so you will be able to book for our full wedding weekend on 9/27/25. The listings may show as unavailable until then.

Flight

Minneapolis–Saint Paul (MSP) International Airport

For our out of town guests, MSP is a quick 25- to 30-minute drive to The Confluence. Rental cars shouldn't be necessary, unless you prefer one. You can request an Uber or Lyft from the airport to our hotel, or set up your rides via an airport transfer service. If you do plan to use Uber/Lyft going back to the airport, we recommend pre-scheduling your ride on the app. See below for airport transfer recommendations.

Let's Jet Co. offers airport transfers between MSP and Hastings, MN (Dakota County). They charge a $70 one-way or $120 round-trip flat fee.

While we recommend joining us at The Confluence or a Downtown Hastings AirBnB for your stay, you are more than welcome to stay anywhere you'd like! We have outlined some additional options below for your convenience. If you do choose to stay at any of the accommodations listed below (which are outside of walking distance from The Confluence), please understand that transportation will be your own responsibility. We kindly ask that you utilize a taxi service or plan a designated driver. Thank you!
