Where are the ceremony and reception held?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on-site at White Willow Meadows.

How do we get there?

Answer

We recommend you scheduling the Uber for the end of the night before arriving to the venue. If you choose to drive, there is a large parking lot at the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and be seated. If you happen to arrive after the ceremony begins, please hang tight outside the venue or in your car to avoid interruptions during the ceremony. You will be able to enter the venue around 5pm for the cocktail hour followed by the reception. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

We kindly request that our guests dress in ALL BLACK formal or cocktail attire (white shirts with suit jackets are okay).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding limited to close friends and family.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event (with the exception of the little ones in our immediate family). We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!
