Newark Liberty International Airport
NYC has several airports in the area. Newark (EWR) is the most convenient to our venue, about 30 minutes away. Other airports include: LaGuardia Airport (LGA) about 1 hour from our venue John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) about 1 hour 20 minutes from our venue If choosing one of these airports, you will probably need to rent a car.

This is where we will be staying! We only have 35 rooms reserved onsite at the venue. No shuttles or transportation will be provided, as everything is taking place on site. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you may be responsible for arranging your own transportation. To book a room and receive the group rate, you must call the hotel directly and reference our last names. (Online booking will not reflect the discount.) Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Rates are: $175 for single or double occupancy, $185 for 3rd person, $195 for 4th person

If you're not planning on attending the after party, this may be the better option for you. This is another hotel nearby for those who prefer to stay offsite. We have a second block here. If we have enough rooms booked at this hotel, there will be a shuttle. Please Note: If you choose to stay here, you may need to arrange your own transportation to and from the venue. There may be lower rates showing on other booking channels; however, these rates do not include transportation. There is a transportation only rate you have to book under in order to get on the shuttle. You will not be on the shuttle list if you don't book within the block. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Rates are: $179 for king room, $199 for 2 queen room
