Our Story
It all started with Brandon liking Melissa's golf swing on Hinge in July 2022. After matching and messaging for almost a month, Melissa finally got Brandon to agree to meet up with her for a drink at the Orange Lantern (The OL). The date went so well, they hung out together again the next night. After dating for a bit, Brandon (with a little pressure from his cousins) finally asked Melissa to be his girlfriend in September 2022.
They traveled a lot together in that first year starting with a trip to Oregon for one of Melissa's friends wedding. They even traveled to Italy together in July 2023 which was both of their first time to Europe. When they returned, Brandon just never left Melissa's and officially moved in.
After 2 and a half years of dating, Brandon popped the big question while having, what Melissa thought was a regular date night, at one of their favorite restaurants, The Ho-Ho-Kus Inn.
