What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
We encourage all guests to arrive 20-30 minutes before the official ceremony start time to get settled before the proceedings (AKA- please arrive at 3:30pm)

Ceremony: Outdoors Cocktail Hour: Indoor/Outdoor Reception: Outdoor under tent (heaters will be placed throughout & walls will be put up in the event of inclement weather)

Transportation & Parking?

There will be a shuttle service to & from the hotel- please check back for shuttle schedule. For guests who will be driving themselves, parking is available onsite at the venue.

We love our kiddos, however, only guests whom are noted on invitation are permitted to attend and celebrate our evening with us!

We are excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest! We ask that only the guests listed on your specific invitation attend.

What type of food and drink will be served?

Cocktail Hour Drinks: Beer & Wine Reception Drinks: Fully serviced open bar (beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ect) Cocktail Hour Food: A variety of passed & stationary hors d'oeuvres. From Kentucky staples to party favorites- there is something for everyone! Reception Food: NY Strip carving station, Pan Seared Salmon, Garlic Herb Chicken, Roasted Veggies, Fingerling Potatoes, Salad & a few unique touches that Chef Gabor had learned while studying culinary in small towns throughout Italy & Austria.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Please have phones silenced and put away during the ceremony, but please feel free to take photos before and after the Ceremony & at the Reception.

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

If we do not get an RSVP back by the deadline , it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we cannot accept late RSVPs.

Yes! Please joy us at The Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Northeast, directly following the reception; where we will party the rest night away with drinks (cash bar), music, comfy clothes, laughs, & of course... PIZZA!
