Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The attire for the wedding is formal/black-tie optional For men, that means either a tux or a traditional dark suit. For women, that means a long formal gown or a more formal cocktail dress.

When should I RSVP by?

May I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we wish we could invite everyone, unfortunately we are not able to do so. Your invitation will specifically note if a guest or significant other is also invited to attend the wedding.

Are kids welcome to come?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are adult-only events. Chelsea and Logan adore your children--they really do. However, they want their wedding to be your a much needed night off! Please book a babysitter, dust off your dancing shoes, and help the future Suttons celebrate their big day!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking at the Piedmont Room (our venue for both the ceremony and reception). Please let the parking attendant know that you are there for the Sutton Wedding so that you can receive a parking pass.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Please make any transportation arrangements prior to the event. The couple recommends using Uber/Lyft.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least a half hour before the ceremony starts in order to give yourself time to park and find a seat. Our ceremony starts promptly at 6 PM, and we'd hate for you to miss it!

Can I take pictures during your ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is an "unplugged" event, so please refrain from taking pictures during that time. The couple will have a photographer capturing every last detail of their special day, so you won't need to take any photos on your phone. The couple will be thrilled to share all of their professional photos with their guests as soon as they have them!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola! If you look at the top banner of our website, you will see a "Registry" tab to click on that will direct you to our registry page. Super easy, right?!?!
