FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Spring Cocktail Attire — think garden party meets evening elegance! We’d love to see floral prints, soft pastels, and breezy fabrics. For women, maxi or midi dresses are perfect! For men, suits or dress pants with a blazer and optional tie is great!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive at 4:30pm to park, find your seat, and get settled in before the ceremony begins.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 7th. If you can’t make it, you will be dearly missed—but please be sure to RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to venue capacity and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will appear in the RSVP details.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration (minus our flower girls!!!). We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax, let loose, and enjoy the evening with us!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Camp Hosea has a large parking lot for your vehicle. Unfortunately, no overnight parking is allowed at the venue. Any vehicles left after the event will incur a $100 fee per car, enforced by the venue.

Question

Can we Uber/ Lyft?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are available in the area, but since Camp Hosea is a bit farther out, we highly recommend pre-booking your ride to ensure you have transportation at the end of the night. Carpooling is also encouraged- most importantly, we want everyone to get home safely!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are lots of hotels, Airbnb's and other accommodations in the College Station and Navasota areas. Please see the travel tab to view our hotel block!

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

We’ll have an open bar with a great selection of wine, beer, and cocktails—so no need to bring your own! Our venue doesn’t allow outside alcohol, but we’ve made sure there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Thanks for understanding and celebrating with us!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have chosen gifts directly from the Zola website, as well as gifts from Amazon, Anthropologie and Magnolia. Please see the registry tab for more details!
