How & When should I RSVP?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Please RSVP by April 30th using the QR code included in your formal invitation, or by mailing back the RSVP slip. You can also head over to the RSVP tab on our website to let us know which events you’ll be attending. Let us know soon—we’re counting down the days!

Where will the wedding be taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Flanagan Farm, 668 Narragansett Trl, Buxton, ME 04093.

Transportation

Answer

Hop on the party bus—well, shuttle! We’ll have transportation ready to whisk you from The Westin Portland Harborview to the barn for our big day. Shuttles will begin boarding at 3:00 PM for a prompt 3:15 PM departure, so please don’t be fashionably late—we’d hate for you to miss the fun! Our ceremony starts right at 4:00 PM, and all guests will arrive by 3:45 PM at the latest. Please note: late arrivals won’t be able to be seated, so punctuality is key! After the celebration, shuttles will return guests to The Westin, with one early return and one final trip at the end of the night. Questions? Don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re just a message away!

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. We hope you understand and we look forward to celebrating with you all!

what is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see you all get dressed up with us for our big day! We ask that guests wear Spring festive attire. Colors, florals, and pastels are encouraged but not mandatory. Please refrain from wearing jeans & colors such as white and ivory!

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The barn on the premises will also be used for the reception later in the evening. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions leading up to the event! Additionally, please keep in mind that the venue primarily has grass and gravel terrain.

Can I take Photos?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony". This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent during our ceremony so that all guests are present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you would like! Thank you for understanding.

As we embark on this journey of marriage, we’re also excited to begin building our first home together. As we have lived together for the last 3 years, we’ve already curated a lot of household items. That’s why we’ve also set up the Building Our Forever Fund to help bring this dream to life. Your contributions will go toward creating a space where we can make lasting memories and build our future. If you’d like to contribute, a gift in an envelope would be greatly appreciated. Your generosity means the world to us, and we are so thankful to have you by our side during this special time.
