Shuttle

We have arranged a shuttle for our guests that will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and Holiday Inn. The shuttle will run one pick-up at each hotel and drop guests off at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club on Saturday, September 26th at 4:30pm. After the wedding, the shuttle will depart the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club at 10:30pm and will make stops at The Jetty (after party) and the Holiday Inn (NOTE: The Jetty and the Hilton Garden Inn share a shuttle stop, so Hilton Garden Inn guests are included in the return transportation - you would just get off at the after party stop). After the first post-wedding drop-off, the shuttle will return to The Inn to pick up additional guests and make drop-offs at The Jetty and the Holiday Inn. The shuttle will then make return trips from The Jetty (after party) back to The Inn every 30 minutes. If you are not staying at The Inn or in any of our listed room blocks with transportation provided, please feel free to park at The Inn and take the return shuttle back from the after party to The Inn as opposed to driving and parking at The Jetty for the after party. A select number of rooms are available onsite where the bride and groom will be staying! While we are unable to offer a room block rate, we would love to have you join us at the Inn by booking through their site or calling the hotel directly. This is where we will be having our welcome party.

We have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn for Friday, September 25th and Saturday, September 26th. You can make a reservation by calling 877-782-9444 and stating you are with the Brisbane/Meo Wedding. You can also make reservations online at www.kentisland.hgi.com using the group code BRME. This hotel requires a two-night minimum stay. Please book by July 20th, 2026 to lock in our discounted wedding rate. NOTE: We will provide transportation from this room block to the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club on Saturday, September 26th. The shuttle will make a post-wedding drop off at both the after party and the hotel.

There is NOT a required two-night minimum length of stay. Please book by August 11th, 2026 to lock in our discounted wedding rate. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi, no extra fees! NOTE: We will provide transportation from this room block to the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club on Saturday, September 26th.
