Wedding Party

Meet some of our family and friends who are helping us walking down the aisle.

Sarah Pagnanelli

Maid of Honor

Sarah and I met at a tennis interest meeting in college. Shortly after we introduced ourselves to each other, we realized how much we had in common and that she lived right across the hall from me. From there, it was history. The rest of our college experiences were spent pretty much always together. Whether it was tennis practice, a delight meeting, cooking together or staying up late dancing to random music, Sarah has always been right by my side. Sarah is currently working on her Masters in Nutrition to become an RDN. After she graduates in May, she will be working as a missionary for the organization FOCUS.

Ama Gajanayake

Bridesmaid

Ama and I met working in the lab together. Well, that's how I remember it at least. According to Ama, when we first met, I kicked her out of the desk she was sitting at in statistics class because it was my assigned seat. She had been absent the class before. Over the next three years of college, we worked in the lab together, studied together and had many great adventures together. Some of those adventures included getting wings at 9 pm in the middle of nowhere after the semester ended, going to NYC and missing our bus home (whoops), and going on a service trip together to Philly! Ama is currently in her first year of PA school at Marywood University.

Alex Graziano

Bridesmaid

Going into college, I was nervous about finding a roommate. I did not want to go with someone random and get stuck with a bad roommate. Fortunately, I was blessed with a great roommate and an amazing friend. Alex and I met at freshman year orientation, the summer before college started. We both started out as pre-physician assistant majors and were in the same small group. We also were paired as roommates for that weekend which allowed us to get to know each other a bit. The last day I asked her to be roommates and the rest was history. I have so many great memories with Alex, including the times I've visited her in NJ, jamming out to Disney songs in the car and our movie nights together. Alex is currently working as an assistant editor for HMP Global.

Jennifer Babcock

Bridesmaid

Jenn is my second youngest sister. She is four years younger than me. Jenn has always been the outgoing one in the family. Her energy and spunk keep the family on their toes. One of my favorite memories with Jenn include going to Madame Tussauds Wax museum in NYC. She had the most creative poses with each wax figure and had people laughing all around the museum. It is always a great time if Jenn is there. Jenn and I also share a love for theater which we've been able to bond over. I am so grateful to call her my sister and friend. She is currently in her freshman year of college at SUNY Geneseo studying to become a teacher.

Julia Cieszeski

Maid of Honor

Julia is my oldest younger sister. We met way back when she was first brought over from China. She was 2.5 and I was 4. However, I was not pleased to find out that she could not play chess with me. My mom of course reminded me that I could not play chess myself. Julia ended up playing lots of other things with me throughout our childhood. She was the best playmate growing up and partner in crime. Julia is one of the funniest people I know (and she doesn't even try). Over the past few years, we've grown a lot closer. I always look forward to going to my parents' and doing stuff with her. Julia is currently in her third year at the College of Coastal Georgia studying Business with a concentration in public management.

Natalie Babcock

Bridesmaid

Natalie is the baby sister of my dad's family. She is 8 years younger than me. Growing up, I always looked forward to going to my dad's house to play games with Natalie. When she was little, she was the one sibling would let me do her hair and makeup if I asked. Over the past few years while I've been away at school, Natalie has grown into a young adult. It has been weird to come back and see her grown up. But every time I visit, we pick up right where we left up. She is still so much fun to play games with (thanks for teaching me Among Us). Her laugh is contagious and I love spending time with her. Natalie is currently a sophomore at Mexico High school.

James McKay

Best Man

James is my older brother, and the five and a half year gap led to an exciting childhood of treachery and good memories. We have kept close throughout the years and I still always enjoy doing things with him when I can. One of my favorite memories with James was the first time I visited him while he was at college. Even though I was far younger, it was fun to spend time with him and his friends. Now James lives all the way across the country in Washington and I can't wait to see him this summer!

Stephan Nash

Groomsman

I met Stephan my freshman year of college. He was my neighbor on my freshman hall. We became friends pretty quickly, and have remained great friends despite me transferring colleges. Somehow, Stephan and I always found ways to occupy ourselves until the early hours of the morning every weekend at college. This was much to our detriment when the next week began and we had to be up for classes. My favorite memories with Stephan were the walks we would take late at night all over the place. I really look forward to seeing Stephan this summer.

Chris Woullard

Groomsman

I met Chris my freshman year of college. He lived at the end of my freshman hall with his energetic roommate, Gabe. It took a while before I really got to know Chris, and I am so glad we became good friends while I was still at Grove City. Chris and I have stayed good friends despite rarely getting to see one another. Some great memories were made with Chris my sophomore year when we really got to know each other well, and it seemed like I spent more time in his room than I did in my own. It will be so nice to see Chris again this summer.

Brad Crofoot

Groomsman

Brad and I first got to know each other well through the tennis team, and this friendship grew stronger when I started doing musicals with him through the high school. My favorite memories with Brad have been spent at his house just hanging out and playing volleyball when he can muster up a group! Though it has been harder to see each other since high school, any chance I'm able to spend time with Brad again it just feels like we were never apart. I can't wait to have him as a part of my wedding.

Jeremy Herlowski

Groomsman

I remember walking into a room and immediately being shot in the eye with a nerf gun, and that was my first impression of Jeremy. The next half hour was spent trying to be able to open my eye again and somehow we became friends. I met Jeremy mutually through Brad and David through the drama program. He has been a great friend to Gina and I both. One of my favorite memories with Jeremy was taking part in a Dungeons and Dragons campaign he ran in a cottage near Lake Placid. It will be great seeing him again!

David Houck

Groomsman

David and I knew each other through youth group and spending summers together through REACH missions trips. This friendship continued into high school and was, like many others, made stronger through the Quirk's Players musicals. My favorite memory with David was the time spent with him on a trip he planned to Lake Placid (which also included Brad and Jeremy). It was one of the best summertime trips I have ever taken and was a great chance to all spend time together. David is beat only by my brother as my oldest friend and groomsman, and I'm so happy to have him as a part of the wedding!
