Gina and I met in junior high. Our early connections came through orchestra with Gina playing Violin and me playing the Cello. Despite hardly knowing each other, things got exciting in eighth grade when several would-be matchmakers tried to get us to start dating. An odd few months led up to a trip to NYC where we spent the bus ride home sitting next to each other and talking into the early hours of the morning. A few days later on June 12th, I asked Gina out and the match was on! Nobody would have known that it would last 8 years right into an engagement! In high school we were able to take many classes together. Gina got me to take part in our high school musicals which we continued being a part of throughout high school. Once high school came to an end, things got hard in college. Our relationship became long-distance for years. Though semesters were tough, breaks got better when we could spend time with each other. This continued right up until the Summer of 2020 when I proposed to Gina on June 12th. Now, another June 12th is coming, and on that day a wedding. Gina and I are so excited to end 5 years of long distance and continue our journey together!
