When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by May 19th so we can have an accurate headcount for the reception. You can RSVP directly on the website through the RSVP page.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is black tie optional. Suits, gowns, and cocktail dresses are welcome!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, aside from those in our wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early, as the ceremony at the church will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Guests arriving after the start time will need to wait until the ceremony concludes before entering the church.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church for the ceremony that is accessible off of 5th Avenue. For the reception, complimentary valet parking will be provided.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will run between The Courtyard by Marriott (where we have a room block) and the reception venue. It will make two trips from the hotel to the reception and two return trips afterward. Please note, there is no prearranged transportation to or from the church for the ceremony. Since there is a gap between the ceremony and reception, we kindly ask that you return to the hotel during that time. If you’re not staying at the hotel, we invite you to check out our Things To Do page for ways to enjoy the break.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Our menu will include vegetarian and vegan options, and all meals will be ordered directly through your server at the venue. When ordering, please let your server know about any allergies or special dietary requirements so we can ensure your meal is prepared accordingly.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away so everyone can be fully present in the church. Our photographer and videographer will capture everything, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you afterward.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to our limited capacity, we can only allow the people included on your invitation.
