Flight
The Fiumicino Airport (FCO) is the international hub for flights from the US. A high-speed Frecciarossa train to Florence (Firenze S. M. Novella) takes about 1.5 hours and costs roughly €70. From there, take a taxi to your accommodation (€170 taxi, €180 for a 7-8 person minivan). Alternatively, a scenic 3 hour car ride will get you from Rome to Lucca.

Pisa is also a great airport to fly into being one of the closest to Lucca/Casale. You can get a taxi or get a car service which should be fairly cheap. You will have a layover coming from the U.S.

Alternatively, a scenic 3-4 hour car ride will get you from Milan to Lucca.

This is a great company to use if looking for a transfer from the airport to Lucca! You can schedule rides from Milan, Florence, Rome and Pisa when flying into Italy!

This is a beautiful airbnb that is very close to the villa (3 minute drive, 13 minute walk). It sleeps 8 people with a 3 night minimum stay.
