The wedding attire is what we like to call "Sunday-best", or what city-folks would call "semi-formal". Please feel free to wear your boot-scootin'-boogie shoes. 🤠👢The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors as weather permits. Reception will be inside the barn with air conditioning.
While we absolutely love all of the kids in our lives, we have chosen that our wedding be an adult only event (excluding the children we have chosen to be part of our bridal party). Our hope is this will allow our guests who are parents to have a night of fun and relaxation!
Invitations and RSVPs will intentionally state welcomed guests to the wedding and reception. Thank you for understanding and respecting our guest list. We are so excited to celebrate this day with our closest family and friends!
There is a reserved block of rooms at Springhill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Westfield under "Rohr Knauer Wedding Block". Please visit the "Accommodations" tab at the top of this website for more details on where to stay and a link to book within our reserved block. We encourage you to book your accommodations ASAP as this is a busy weekend in the Central Indianapolis area with many hotels already booked up. Rooms must be reserved within our wedding block by June 2, 2023.
Yes! There is a gravel parking lot onsite. However, please do not plan to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight as White Willow Farms has a strict policy asking all guests to not leave cars overnight or you will be fined.
Formal transportation services WILL BE offered for guests transporting to and from the Springhill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Westfield hotel. Buses will be leaving the hotel at 3:50pm on Saturday to take guests to our venue. Transportation will be provided from the venue back to the hotel beginning ~9:15pm until reception concludes at 11:00pm. Uber and Lyft are also excellent options for safe driving. Hotel is located ~10 mins away from the venue.
Our ceremony will be UNPLUGGED. We kindly request that you enjoy the moment with us and ask for no phones or photography during the ceremony. We hired amazing photographers who will be capturing every moment and we will be able to share with everyone later. Please feel free to take as many photos as you would like during the reception!
