Skyline Chili is a true Cincinnati classic, and yes, you absolutely have to try it while you're in town! We’ll be honest: it might seem a little intimidating at first (Taylor will gladly tell you all about her first, second, and third attempts). But now? Max practically has to stop her from going every single day when they're visiting his parents because she’s obsessed. The good news? You can find a Skyline Chili on just about every corner. Just type it into your maps and you’ll be set (though Max does have a few favorite locations if you want the inside scoop). Not sure what to order? Max recommends a cheese coney with everything, while Taylor goes for a cheese coney with no mustard.
One of Cincinnati’s most vibrant neighborhoods, Over-the-Rhine (or OTR) is packed with character, charm, and plenty to do. From trendy breweries and cozy coffee shops to unique boutiques and delicious restaurants, it’s the perfect place to soak up local culture and grab a bite with friends or family. Whether you’re into craft cocktails, live music, or just wandering historic streets with amazing architecture, OTR has something for everyone. Definitely a must-see during your visit!
Beeline is one of our absolute favorite spots just across the river, offering amazing views of both the Bengals and Reds stadiums. Colleen and Ron love this “joint,” as Colleen would say. Seriously, there’s not a trip to Cincinnati that we don’t find ourselves here with them. The drinks are fantastic, the vibes are always on point, and it’s the perfect place to relax and soak it all in. Who knows, maybe you’ll catch us here for an afternoon cocktail during wedding weekend!
Two words: s’mores martinis. This spot is a total favorite and the perfect place to grab a drink before or after the festivities. Head upstairs to the actual second story and you’ll find cozy lighting, great music, and an incredible atmosphere.
A fun Irish bar in downtown Cincinnati.
An ideal place to enjoy a drink before the ceremony, only a short walk from the church.
Cincinnati’s oldest Irish pub, tucked in the heart of Mt. Adams and only a minute from the church. Stop in for a quick pint or some good luck before the “I dos.”
Just minutes from the church, Monk’s Cove is a Mt. Adams classic with a cozy patio, unlimited popcorn, and daily specials. It’s a great neighborhood bar with plenty of charm and good energy.
An Italian restaurant serving up some of Taylor’s all-time favorite pasta — you really can’t go wrong here.
Another fantastic Italian spot worth checking out.
Breakfast/ Brunch spot in downtown Cincy
Press on Monmouth is a cozy café and bistro. This is an excellent spot for brunch.
Late-night vibes. We always find ourselves here before a night out and even after!

A Go-To for Colleen & Ron Klosterman

It's a unique spot for guests seeking a memorable nightcap or a touch of mystery during their visit to Cincinnati.
