Please note that the RSVP deadline is July 10th, 2026. We will be unable to accommodate responses received after this date.
We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. For example, your invitation may read: -Mr. Max Klosterman and Miss Taylor Collins -Mr. and Mrs. Anthony and Trudy Collins -Miss Suzanne Klosterman and Guest Since all of our seating and stationery are made specially for each guest, please don’t assume an additional guest is included unless it’s written on your invitation. If your invitation lists something like “The Thompkins Family” and you’re unsure who it includes, please reach out to Taylor or Max. We’re the only ones with the complete guest list and are happy to confirm. Thank you so much for understanding. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that only the children participating in the ceremony attend. The reception will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block.
We recommend arriving no later than 5:15 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and get comfortable before our ceremony begins at 5:30 PM.
There is a parking lot available beside the church, as well as street parking in Mt. Adams where Holy Immaculata is located. The Palomar also offers valet service and can park your car in the lot directly next to the venue.
Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, but a dark suit and tie or a formal dress work just as well.
