We are having both our ceremony and reception take place on a beautiful ranch that is nestled in the mountains of Nathrop, Colorado. Nathrop is between Salida and Buena Vista and is such an amazing location. Specific directions will be provided to all guests to ensure no confusion! More details can be found on our "Directions to Venue" page!
Once you arrive and pass the gate to the venue, there will be signs to help guide you to the valet, they will park your vehicle and you can enjoy our cocktail hour from there!
While we love little ones, we have opted for an adults-only (21+) celebration. We hope you understand our decision, and we look forward to celebrating with you! Please reach out with any questions!
Our venue is the Double Eddy Ranch, located in Nathrop, Colorado! We are absolutely in love with it and can't wait for all our loved ones to fall in love with it as well.
We would love for all guests to arrive between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM to grab a drink before the ceremony. The ceremony site is a short walk from where guests will enter so please make sure to arrive with enough time to walk on down to the site!
To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" page on our website and fill out our online form! Please RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than June 30, 2026. We look forward to celebrating with you!
We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Our theme is "western formal," therefore, we strongly encourage all of our guests to wear semi-formal attire. Men, dress jeans and boots are welcome, but your favorite 80's rock band t-shirt is not. Please reach for a collared shirt or button-down. Ladies, we would love if you would wear dresses that are pastel colored (light blues, greens, pinks, yellows). Heels are welcome and cowgirl boots are always allowed! Please do not wear ivory, white or off-white as this color is reserved for the bride. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to reach out! We can't wait to see how amazing everyone looks!
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once you are seated, please have your cellphone put away and turned off or on silent. We have hired photographers to capture this moment for us, and would love for them to be able to capture the best photos possible! We promise to send out the link to any and all photos so that all guests can have access! Thank you all for understanding!
Great question! We would love if you would allow us to be the first to announce/post our marriage on social media. This means we are hoping that photos of the bride/groom can be kept to yourselves until the couple is able to announce their marriage themselves. Photos taken with friends and family are welcome to be shared as you wish. We are so appreciative of your understanding and are so happy to take any and all pictures with our guests to have forever and ever!
Great question! On our website, the tab "Travel" lists options and ideas for where our out-of-state guests can stay! When in doubt- reach out!
Both our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors.
Great question! We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus-one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If there is any confusion, please reach out. Thank you for understanding!
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we are able to plan accordingly. Thank you!
We are thrilled to share that there will be an open bar throughout the event, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options to ensure everyone has a delightful experience. Please drink responsibly, the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you.... get ready to party! If you have any other questions please reach out.
Great question! There are lots people you can contact, the mother of the bride, Jeanette Rope or the mother of the groom, Stacey Grogan are both great sources & are more than happy to answer or help you out!
