Flight
Denver (DIA) will have the most daily flights options. It is about a 1 hour and 45 minute drive to Vail from DIA. There are numerous car rental companies and shuttle transportation options from DIA.

You can fly directly into Eagle County and it's about a 35 minute drive or shuttle ride into Vail.

This is where we will have our wedding room block. It is located in West Vail but the hotel does have a private shuttle to get you to and from the village. We will also be providing transportation to the wedding from this location. The room block rates are from Thursday 9/3 - Monday 9/7 but if you are extending your trip, please call the hotel and they will honor the rate up to 3 days before and after subject to availability. Please book by 8/4/26 in order to receive the room block rate.

This is a timeshare style Marriott offering studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom options with kitchen & living space if any groups want to stay together. You can book directly through Marriott or often times you can find options through Airbnb as timeshare owners sell their weeks! Please note - this hotel is in West Vail but does offer a shuttle into the village! This is where Kara's family plans to stay and it's just a short distance away from The Highline where the room block is located.

This is a newly built hotel across the highway. Please note it is not walking distance to the Village but the hotel does offer a shuttle to get you there!

There are tons of Airbnbs throughout the Vail area and is a great options for groups or couples wanting to stay together.
Travel Note
Please note, there is increased travel on i70 to the mountains on holiday weekends. Please plan accordingly to and from Vail. We don't want any guests to miss out on weekend festivities or miss a flight home!
