We do have a room block for both Thursday and Friday night and suggest you book your rooms as early as possible. If checking in on Friday, you probably want to consider an early check in (there is a $25 fee), but this would ensure a smooth transition to the venue (which is about 20 minutes away). The TownPlace Suites is located at Great Lakes Crossing less than 10 minutes from The Venue at Shepherd's Hollow. The TownePlace Suites offers a 12 noon check in time on Friday, June 18th and we will be offering a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and return shuttle back to the hotel.
