For guests staying at the Best Western Mountain Lodge, please be ready by 3:35pm at the front of the hotel for the shuttle pick-up.

A hotel block is available at the Best Western Mountain Lodge for our guests under the Ward/Bullock Wedding. They will be holding rooms at a specialized rate until June 22nd, 2025. Please make sure you call their local phone number to speak to the front desk directly at (828) 898-4571. This will ensure the dates are correct and you are listed under our specific wedding block. We highly encourage early booking, as rooms are limited. This hotel is the closest to the venue, but you are welcome to choose other accommodations in the Banner Elk, Boone or Blowing Rock areas!
