How do I Rsvp?

Answer

Head to the “RSVP” page on this website and type in your full name. Please RSVP by July 12th. If you have not received your formal invitations, please reach out to the bride or wedding party.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00pm to ensure you are on time and seated! We will begin the ceremony promptly at 4:30pm.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We kindly ask that you only come with the names specified on your invitation. If your invitation specified, "Mr. John Doe and Guest," then you may bring a plus-one.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love children, please only arrive with the names specified on your invitation. To double check, you can view the “reserved seats” section of your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ties are encouraged– until the dance floor opens! Please avoid wearing white, ivory or similar colors.

Is there parking for the event?

Answer

Yes! The venue can hold parking for up to 50 cars.

Is there a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

There is a shuttle provided for guests staying at the Best Western Mountain Lodge. Please be at the front of the hotel by 3:35pm to ensure you are on time for the shuttle.

Can I take an Uber/Lyft from the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately due to the rural location of the venue, Uber and Lyft are not reliable transportation methods. We do have a shuttle transporting guests to/from the venue from the Best Western Mountain Lodge for guests who would prefer not to drive themselves.

We do! It will go live in the next couple of months.
