Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to feel a little extra special with us ✨ While black tie is optional, we kindly ask that everyone dress in formal attire—tuxes, suits, gowns, or your favorite cocktail dress are all welcome. No jeans, t-shirts, shorts or hats! Bridesmaids will be wearing light blue, if you could try and reserve that color for them (feel free to wear darker blues or royal blues though). Please reserve white for the bride.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (unless it is specified on your invite). We hope you see this as the perfect excuse for a night out—just you, your date, and maybe a glass (or three) of champagne. 🥂 Cheers to a fun evening ahead!

Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place indoors in the beautiful on-site chapel at our venue. No need to worry about the weather—just bring your happy tears and your dancing shoes!

What is the booking deadline for the hotel block?

Please visit our Travel & Hotel tab on our website! We have reserved two hotel room blocks for our guests. Deadlines: Château Grande Hotel - March 16, 2026 Hilton East Brunswick Hotel - March 18, 2026

Is there transportation provided from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

If you staying at the Chateau Grande Hotel, that is on Park Chateau property! No transportation is needed. If you are staying at the Hilton East Brunswick Hotel, 10 minutes away - please arrange for an Uber or Lyft prior to the ceremony!

Will there be open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so be ready to celebrate!

What is the weather like around this time of year in NJ?

Answer

Mid-April in New Jersey is typically mild spring weather, with daytime temps in the upper 50s to low 60s and cooler evenings.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail hour will feature a variety of stations and passed hors d’oeuvres. Following cocktail hour, guests will enjoy a seated dinner where you’ll order your entrée from a few selected options with your table’s designated waiter.
