Colten and Alexa met in 2017 during their freshman year at the University of Alabama. He lived in the dorm across the way and quickly became one of the first people she connected with. From that point on, they were inseparable—best friends who did everything together, from cliff jumping and kayaking to nights out with friends. After graduation, their friendship started to feel like something more. Colten invited Alexa to Florida for a weekend getaway. By the end of that trip, he knew without a doubt, she was the one. On August 8th, 2022, Colten asked Alexa to be his girlfriend (and she, of course said yes!). Not long after, they took a leap and moved to Georgia together, excited to see where life would take them. Fast forward to September 28th, 2024, surrounded by family in their favorite place, Destin, Florida.. Colten got down on one knee and asked Alexa to spend forever with him. It was the easiest “yes” and one of the happiest, days of their lives. Now they’re getting ready to say “I do,” and couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with all of you. And of course… Roll Tide forever!
