We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Our wedding will take place outdoors, surrounded by mountain view’s. We’re going with garden formal, polished and elevated, but still comfortable for an outdoor setting. Think midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or suits and dress shirts with slacks (tie optional). We suggest breathable fabrics, bringing a layer for the evening, and choosing shoes that can handle grass or uneven ground. Feel free to lean into soft florals, fresh hues, or any color that feels festive and fun. Guests are requested to refrain from wearing white or any similar colors to ensure the focus remains on the bride and groom. I linked a mood board I made if anyone needs inspiration!!! https://pin.it/3Mji8OlzD
Zacapa is hot and dry in February (highs in the 80s/low 90s). It’s perfect for summer attire, but please remember to pack sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and bug spray. While days are hot, it is not the muggiest time of year. Be prepared for a warm afternoon and a lovely, mild evening.
We'll be celebrating at our family's ministry property, so we recommend bringing comfortable shoes for outdoor areas, sunscreen, and anything you may need to enjoy the day. There will be a pool available so please bring your own swimsuit and pool towel if you plan on swimming. Most importantly, bring yourselves and be ready to celebrate with us! Ps. If you are prone to getting motion sickness, I recommend bringing medicine for the drive as it is primarily driving around mountains.
Due to the nature of our destination wedding and limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear on your invite as well when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We recognize that traveling without children for a destination wedding can be challenging. Due to our location, we will be hosting an adults-only celebration with exception of immediate family and are so grateful for your understanding.
Please RSVP by November 15, 2026. Early replies are greatly appreciated.
