Our welcome party is an informal party for the guests who are arriving the night before the wedding. This event will feature a cash bar at a local bar and is just a quick walk from the hotel in the heart of Newport! There are plenty of restaurants walkable from the welcome party for those who want to eat prior! Feel free to check out some of our favorites in the "Things to Do" section of our website

Busses will be departing at 4PM SHARP in the front of Hotel Viking. Busses will return from the reception at 1030PM
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Black Tie Optional / Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, the reception will be in a heated tent! Please dress accordingly!

Complementary late night pizza, DJ, and cash bar, in the private upstairs bar of One Pelham East from 11PM-1AM! *ID's REQUIRED: For those attending PLEASE don't forget your ID as you will be carded at the door * TRANSPORTATION: Transportation will be provided from Shepherd's Run to the after party. Transportation will be provided back to the Hotel Viking after the after party every hour. *LOCATION: The after party is also a stones throw away from Hotel Viking in Downtown Newport for those staying at the hotel!
