This is a Semi-Formal wedding.

What guests SHOULD wear to a Semi-Formal wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is an outfit that is dressier than what you'd wear to an office but not as dressy as a formal evening gown or tuxedo. Feminine Semi-Formal Wear There are quite a few options for feminine semi-formal attire. This may include dresses, separates, or a pantsuit. Masculine Semi-Formal Wear Masculine semi-formal attire could be a conservative dark suit with a dress shirt or a nice pair of dress pants, a button-down shirt, a tie, and a jacket. Jacket optional.

What guests should NOT wear to a wedding?

Answer

You’ll want to look your best, but please don't upstage the brides. We ask that you also avoid wearing white, wine, and/or burgundy please and thank you. :) Jeans, T-Shirts, shorts, and sneakers are never appropriate to wear as a wedding guest.

Wedding Theme / Color Scheme / Bridal Party Colors

Wedding Theme: Rustic Sunflowers and Roses Color Scheme: Burgundy and Light Grey Bridal Party Colors: - Female identifying bridal party members will be wearing long burgundy dresses - Male identifying bridal party members will be wearing light grey tuxedos with burgundy vest and ties - Alyssa will be in white - Cheyanne will be in burgundy and ivory.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

All portions of the wedding will take place on site of the Concordville Inn, in the Gold Ballroom.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. You will certainly be missed!

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue address is: Concordville Inn and Best Western Plus 780 Baltimore Pike, Glen Mills, PA 19342 Please feel free to contact either of the brides for assistance with planning your trip if necessary.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We recommend that you plan to arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure you are able to find a seat.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is FREE parking available on the grounds.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We welcome children to join us in celebrating our wedding day but we understand if you want to enjoy a “night off” as well. Please let us know during your RSVP if yours will be attending.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, everyone single individual is being offered a +1. Please let us know during the RSVP process whether you will be bringing one or not.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes, a hotel block has been reserved. The venue, Concordville Inn, doubles as a hotel - Best Western Plus. The rooms start at $171 a night and include complementary breakfast. Please see our Travel/Stay tab.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by Thursday, September 1st. This can be done either online or by using the provided RSVP card in your invitation.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

But of course! At the conclusion of the ceremony there will be a Cocktail Hour where you can indulge in cocktails and a variety of hors d'oeuvres. A reception will follow. This will include cocktails, dinner, and dessert. This is a 5-hour Open Bar. Cheers!

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes, vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options will be offered. When RSVPing, there will be a section where you can enter your dietary restrictions. This is available on both the online RSVP and the mail-in option.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel and the venue?

Answer

If you are staying at the Concordville Inn, transportation will not be needed, everything is on the grounds. Transportation is NOT provided if you opt to stay at one of the other hotels in the area.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Centerpieces will be offered to the immediate families of the brides first. Whatever is left after this will then be offered to any guest interested. There will also be small souvenirs available for everyone. Please don’t forget to take yours! :)

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to help us capture memories of our special day. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #TheFinalTalley and #AddHertotheTalley
